How long does it take to make my order?
Every WITNESS piece is made to order through our production partner — nothing is mass-produced or sitting in a warehouse. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 5–15 business days within the US. Total time from order to delivery is generally 7–15 business days. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on order weight — for a single item, it typically starts around $5. International orders may take longer.
What's your return policy?
Because every piece is made to order, we're unable to accept returns for sizing, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction — there's no unworn inventory to return items to.
We will replace or refund your order if it arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or lost, or if it's different from what you ordered. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery for the fastest resolution. Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos, and we'll take it from there.
What size should I order?
The Divinely Beautiful tee is an oversized unisex fit that runs true to size — size down if you prefer something slimmer. Available in sizes S–3XL.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way.
