Every piece is made to order. Nothing sits on a shelf — it's produced for you, after you order it.

Something's wrong with your piece. Damaged, defective, misprinted — email support@wearwitness.shop within 14 days with a photo. We'll replace it or refund it. Your call. No need to ship anything back.

Wrong size, change of mind. Because it's made on order, we can't take returns for this. Check the size guide before you buy — the fit runs oversized, so size down if you want it slim.

We made a mistake. Wrong item in your box? That's on us. We'll fix it, no cost to you.
